Great company to work for, everyone is extremely friendly. Loved working there. Left because I got a job offer I was not able to refuse. Laura Soprano was very nice and always available when needed. Great benefits too.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rjm Engineering (Columbia, MD) in Apr 2015
Interview
As an intern, the interview process was not very in-depth. They mainly spoke to me about past experiences in internships and the previous jobs on my resume. It was a very relaxed experience. After the first few initial questions the interview became a conversation, and then basically an introduction into the company's ideals and structure.
