I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ro in May 2025
Interview
This was a full stack position that is more frontend heavy. 1 hour codesignal with a staff engineer where I was required to build out a simple form with some conditional rendering logic. This was a very easy interview, so if you have a basic understanding of React you will be fine. Their communication was good up until this interview but I wound up getting ghosted after this.

Question 1
Based on a list of requirements, build out a form that will submit data.
Everyone I met with was super nice and answered all my questions I had. Biggest complaint I have is the length of the process and how there is no feedback whatsoever from the recruiter.
Phone screen -> Technical Interview -> Case Study + 2nd Technical Interview + Hiring Manager Interview -> Take home -> Presentation -> Meeting with rest of the team.
At the very least I would expect some kind of feedback after all this, but radio silence. Would've been fun to work here, so maybe more feedback towards the recruiting process moreso than the actual interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ro (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was a round of 6 interviews with a practical exercise. Of those, one interview involved three team members. Overall the process was very straightforward and pleasant. I did have to wait a bit to hear back between interviews.
