Application then emailed a questionnaire. Three step process after questionnaire. Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager then a final video interview with hiring manager, shift leads, and head of operations.

It’s a fairly straightforward process. First round, 30 min screening call with recruiter. Second round, 45 min video call with hiring managers. Third round, 30 min interview with customer support manager.
