The communication started off well, but after multiple interviews and assurances about next steps, they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no update — just silence. It felt very unprofessional and honestly disrespectful of my time and effort as a candidate. A simple update or closure would have gone a long way. I understand hiring decisions take time, but ghosting candidates reflects poorly on a company’s professionalism and values.
