Great interview process. Two separate interviews with different hiring managers, and they spoke to you like a human. They really want just to know what your thought process is and how you handle certain situations

Interview
Three step process, in which you meet several individuals. Starting with recruiter, then other individuals in HR, followed by a team member, in my case one of the managers, and then final step a series of other interviews with members of the team or other members which you have direct working relations with. After every step, your recruiter establishes a chat session to ensure you feel prepared for the next step, ask any questions about the current steps and make sure both you and the company continue to feel a good fit. The company truly makes the process feel very personable and the questions are great and focused on you as a person and ensuring the role is a fit too. This has been by far the best interview process in my entire career.

The hiring manager at the time was really awesome and the interview was more so like having a conversation and was really knowledgeable. They focused on your strengths and what was needed.
