I applied to Robinhood online in August. 4 days later, a Robinhood recruiter reached out to me to take the CodeSignal assessment. I scored an 842 and a week later the recruiter moved me on to the technical screen.
This interview was done using a third party site called Karat. The interviewer was really great, the questions were medium difficulty (probably on the easier side). The interview was an hour long, and the interviewer gave me two leetcode style questions (I finished the first and almost finished the second but ran out of time).
The next day my recruiter emailed me to set up a talk with him. This was not an interview, it was just a quick chat where we talked about what would happen next. After that, they scheduled me for the onsite.
The onsite consisted of 3 interviews. The first was a live Android coding test where they had me build an app from scratch. The second was a normal technical interview. The third was more behavioral, the interviewer just asked me about my experience. It was more of a conversation than an interview.
The next day I received my offer.
Overall the experience was really great, and the recruitment team was really fast to respond, which was nice.
