Applied when the job role came out, and was sent 1 OA screen, and later advanced to one technical, one behavioral. Received offer after. Very fast, general quick turnaround, very transparent process. applied online and interviewed online in 2023. Overall positive experience.
Online Assessment, followed by recruiter call, followed by a 1.5 hr technical and behavioral interview. 2 weeks between OA and call schedule. Call had to be scheduled 3 weeks out.
First step is completing the online assessment, then there's a quick screening with HR. If selected, the last round is a behavioural interview with a team manager and a technical interview consisting of a few medium difficulty coding problems.

Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a team member and how you handled it.
Online assessment into phone screen. Had technical issues scheduling the interview. Lack of response for rescheduling interviews. Limited interview spots, next interview was over a month later. Seems like they add too many people to their pipeline at a time.
