Met with managing partner and partner discussed position and expectations. We also talked about what I was looking for in a firm. Overall it was an informal laidback process but was likely atypical given my level of experience and community reputation.

2 interviews first with the partner and team lead for the team, second with just the partner. Professional and decent. Be punctual. Have questions prepared for them. Research the practice group for which you're interviewing in advance so you have a sense of what they're looking for.
