I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Roblox
Interview
My interview process took over 2 months. While the recruiter was responsive, they were very slow to respond and several times took 7-10 days to respond back. Ultimately I was rejected after 4 rounds and the feedback given was that, based on my responses I seemed like I can't push back to engineering. This feedback seemed in no way at all objective and seems to have been concluded by a panelist's opinion. I had great feedback from the hiring manager, but ultimately wasn't selected for the role. It would've been better if they didn't waste my 2 months of preparation to just give me a rejection. This resulted in a poor recruiting experience for me.

Interview
There were 3 main rounds: games, product sense, and then back to back technical case and behavioral interviews. The last round was the most ambiguous in terms of expectations, but you can partner with other candidates to practice mock interviews together.

Interview
Very interesting OA, where you were given a few strategy-based games to complete. Although fun, it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes, longer than most other OAs. I think that it was easier and a lot more engaging than traditional LeetCode type questions.
