I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Roc Search (Austin, TX)
Interview
The interview was done by phone. The recruiter had reached out to me via LinkedIn to see if I was interested in the position. The interviewer mostly asked me to go over my background, particularly my last two jobs. They asked me whether I also had any other positions I had interviews for that were in the works, and whether these were from applying or from recruiters reaching out to me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roc Search (Denver, CO) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from ROC Search for a Machine Learning Engineer role. Initially, the conversation went well, and they showed strong interest in my experience with NLP and cloud deployment. However, after our call, I received no follow-up despite multiple attempts to reconnect. This lack of communication was unprofessional and left me questioning their recruiting process. I would have appreciated transparency, even if the news was unfavorable.
