Roca interview questions

It took 4 months to get a call back, and another 2 weeks before I got another call and in which they didn’t know which position I had applied to. There was often a disconnect in communication such as interview times, dates, emails, etc.

All Roca interviews for successful candidates are a 3 step/3 stage interview (at least). First interview usually includes interview with direct supervisor and may include introductions to other staff and participants and site tour. Second interview usually includes meeting several other staff and management and may include hands-on demo (e.g. teach a class, help lead a crew, work with a crew, etc.). Third interview usually with chief of HR and upper management staff.
