Had a quick call with recruiter. Then had a phone screen with VP of HR. He told me on the call he wanted me to meet with the hiring manager in person and he set that up himself. I then met with the hiring manager. Everyone I talked to was very nice and engaging. However, I never heard back. I didn’t even get an automated email. I had to find out the job was closed by logging into the applicant portal. I am sure the competition was stiff for this role, but the interviews all went well. It was surprising I didn’t get a personal email from recruiting saying they would consider me for other roles. Even though everyone was nice … it was disappointing to never get any follow up after 3 rounds of interviews.
