Rochester Software Associates interview questions in Rochester

I met with the leader of HR and members of the testing/QA team at the RIT career fair. The technical interview took place at the career fair, all questions about core Java concepts and some basic questions about unix/linux. A few days after the career fair, I was emailed with a few screening questions, mostly asking about my familiarity/comfort with various different technologies. About a week later, they emailed me to schedule an on-site interview. We scheduled the interview, and two weeks after the on-site interview I received an offer. The on site interview include a ~45 minute behavioral interview with HR, and then a less formal ~45 minute interview with the team I would be working with. The HR rep conducted the behavioral interview, and the team mostly asked about projects I had worked on, experiences at other co-ops. No technical questions were asked at the on-site interview, which I found surprising.

I met RSA at the career fair. After one month I got an on site interview call where there was two round of interview. First, the HR round mostly all behavioral question. Then technical interview mostly related to in depth knowledge of core java.
