Interview
Very simple, took place with two leadership individuals who reviewed the position and discussed my qualifications. very kind people who are passionate about what they do and made it a very awesome experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me how I planned to continue the nonpartisan mission while actively encouraging people to vote.
Straightforward interview process. They had me complete two prompts prior to the interview, one was more creative and the other more analytical. The interview itself was mainly talking about the position itself.
I applied around December through an online form. I really like the online form because it asked good questions and allowed me to give unique, creative answers. I then had a skype interview in January. The woman that interviewed me was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, she had moved on from Rock the Vote by the time I got there in the summer. I was offered the internship in early February and I accepted it.
