The need was for a specific team, so the team themselves interviewed me. Were looking from 0-3 years of experience and asked many technical questions. Some went over my head, but good learning experience

Over the phone screening with basic coding questions at first that gradually increases in difficulty after a few rounds. Followed by an in person interview with white board style questions
