Interview
They were all over the place. The initial phone screen with HR rep was typical. But I felt ambushed when I had a 30 minute interview with eight (eight!) "technical" people. I was expecting a phone interview with one or two people followed by an on-sight interview. And they were very rude. It threw me off. why did they waste my time and eight other people's time if they had no interest in me from the beginning?? Weird. Questions were mostly basic coding questions, and definitions, but no QA automation questions.

Interview
Received a call from a technical recruiter after applying for a SE role. I was told that I did not have enough experience for that role but i did for the QA role. The process after that is as follows:
1. 15 min HR interview (questions about what I know and a brief description of the role)
2. Call back stating that I would be having a phone interview with members of the hiring team.
3. 30 min call with 3 team members (More in depth questions about what I know and experience I have)
4. A 1hr Hackerrank exam to test my QA skills. (Very easy)
5.Call back from HR to set up in-person interview
6.In-person interview was with 5 team members with multiple levels of experience. Interview ended up lasting 1hr15min. Questions were
based on what I know and describing my current work project along with my senior design project. Interview was stressful due to
having to go in depth on all aspects of what I know and having to prove it at times.
7. Call from HR a week later stating that I was accepted for the role.
8. Received the official offer letter a week later (Background check)
9. Instructed by HR to put 2 weeks notice in once my offer letter was signed.

HR behavioural Round --> Hacker Rankers test -->Technical phonic round. HR said it will be followed by Face to Face Round. I was told by HR that they unfortunately hired someone other candidate for this position with no other reason.
