They are extremely detailed in terms of presenting a clear message about yourself and future professional endeavors. They are extremely interested in how you see yourself growing with the company. A PowerPoint was also required. They used the PowerPoint presentation as a tool to help them take a detailed look at your professional growth, educational experience and overall acumen as it relates to the position.
Joined as Fresher and had Three Rounds of Interview with Supervisor, Department Head and HR. A very detailed brief of profile and load was given. Also Questions related to Personal Growth and Team Building were asked
