The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rocky Mountain Human Services
Interview
Interview process went extremely well; I was even told I was the best fit for the position and that I had the best skillset out of any of the candidates. I was their last interviewee, and they claimed to have 3 open positions for the role. So, I was shocked to be ghosted and not offered one of the positions. Apparently, they already had an internal candidate lined up before posting the position. Not even 3 months later, I get a call asking to interview again because one of their hires didn't work out. I interviewed only for the situation to play out exactly the same. Why waste my time?

The total process was 3 interviews, extended over 2.5 months; they did not follow up after my final interview for an additional 2 weeks. Phone screening, panel, 1:1, and a panel
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the process felt lengthy and that our follow-up wasn’t timely—this isn’t the experience we want candidates to have.

Interview
Two inteviews, one with HR and one with a team of supervisors. Easy enough process and they were quick to let me know when I made it through the process. I appreciate that they let you know about benefits before you interview.
