Rodgers Builders interview questions

The interview process at Rodgers was very fair. Everyone was very helpful and willing to provide answers to any questions. The process was pretty quick and got wrapped up in a matter of weeks.

Applied online. Got a call from HR about a month later asking was I still interested in the position and scheduled a panel interview at the office. Interviewers were friendly. Didn’t ask any hard questions. Lasted about 45 min. Signed a background check application at the end. Sent thank you notes. Never heard back from the company.
