Over a 6 week period, it started with a brief phone screen to ensure job fit my experience, then first rounds was a 4 hr interview with the team and hiring manager. Made it to second rounds, another 3 hrs with senior leadership (most of whom were very nice and personable but the decision maker was arrogant and disinterested from the beginning, he just kept firing questions at me with not much interest in my actual answers)
I get the feeling that the place is a boys club and unless you have ivy league on your resume, don't waste your time. I also feel for HR and hiring managers if senior leadership isn't empowering their staff to make hiring decisions. That is just shows lack of trust.
