Interview
Screening Interview, then Superday. The Superday included several mini-interviews with current analysts, then there was a Q&A with the managing director. The interview was straightforward overall, with mostly behavioral questions about strengths, weaknesses, and general understanding of the company.
Several rounds of interviews with leaders from across the organization including a case study and presentation. Also some informal conversations over coffee with some employees, discussing industry trends, skills and interests. A very intense but productive process. A good experience for me.

Interview
Submitted short videos on HireVue. Next, went through a thought exercise (case) and behavioral interview. Final round consists of 1 on 1 interviews and a group thought exercise plus presentation. Process takes about two weeks total.
