Phone interview with HR. Asked typical questions about resume and what I wanted from both the job and the position. Location of where the job was going to be located.
Four step Interview process, recruiter, hiring manager, then stakeholders. Process was fairly quick, high level of intelligence and engagement from all interviewers. Interviews were all conducted virtually, including the offer conversations.

Recruited through a relationship and became intrigued. Had three interviews and a series of separate work assignments which seemed like items that would be actually used. I came on-site for a fit interview with my to-be boss, who then gave me a verbal offer and said a written offer would follow shortly. I followed up repeatedly over several weeks and never received the offer. Subsequently, I learned that the function was outsourced.
