Honestly terrible. The process is managed by a third party consultancy that’s really incompetent generally. They take ages to reply to emails, send broken links constantly, provide inconsistent communication. First you sit a little quiz, then a maths exam, then a behavioural with this firm, and then a super day in person. This would be a typical process if it didn’t last 2+ months and wasn’t peppered with contradictory emails etc. The culmination of this was getting an invitation for a super day, accepting it, then being ghosted and sent a rejection email two weeks later instead.

Interview
I completed two quantitative testing rounds before the internship program for 2026 was terminated. The rounds weren't too complicated under the time constraints. I hope the program is reopened for 2027.
First round is an online aptitude test. Test questions are not hard, but you need to finish as much as you can. Later rounds are meeting with team members, additional questions asked during interview.
