I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rokt in Oct 2025
Interview
Online aptitude tests followed by a one-way hireflix and in-person interviews, which took about 3 hours. There were a total of 3 rounds, with the first being a group interview. We had 20 minutes to come up with a solution, which was a bit odd, considering we were being "tested" with a hypothetical business question out of our scope, with candidates we had just met not even 30 minutes ago. The second interview was a whiteboard exercise requiring you to map out your approach to automating some process. The third interview was your average behavioral one, except they're essentially testing if you "fit" the company culture. Overall, the interviewers were great and helpful, but the emphasis on company culture just felt very overkill and redundant. You're expected to study the company's values, and the entire process just felt biased towards that rather than your experience/talent.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you used creativity to solve a problem.
One online assessment followed up one round of virtual interview with HR; 3 rounds of onsite interview (senior leadership behavioral interview; group case interview; individual presentation; everyone super friendly and the office is dog-friendly as well.
Submitted an initial application and then asked me to do some verbal and numerical reasoning tests.
They took over a month to get back to me and then told me to answer pre recorded video interview questions.
There were 2 questions, you have a couple mins to prepare and a couple mins to answer each Q
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Why do you want to work for Rokt and this role
2. Pick a daily task in your life or work that's annoying or inefficient. Walk us through how you'd use AI to automate or improve it including which tools you'd use and what the output would look like.
There were 2 long assessments you have to take and then I got no interview after…waste of my time. From what I’ve seen, the interview process take forever if you even pass the assessments and then you don’t even get an offer.
