I did two interview with the Hiring Manager for this position. The first interview was understanding the assessment that is required for all applicants to take. I thought it was appropriate for me to ask about this since it would be supporting this in the role. I took the assessment and passed with flying colors or so I was told. After that, I did a more detailed interview. Nothing fancy about the interview. Background, skills, projects that I've worked on. Interview 101 questions. Overall, I had a positive experience with it. I was told everything was Amazing. Even though, I was amazing and check all the boxes for the job. Despite my positive experience with the interview, I asked for some feedback on what I am lacking. Instead of a simple response, they wanted to schedule a call to discuss. Seriously? I don't need a call when a simple email with suffice.
As an added note, this position wasn't filled and recently reposted. I wonder if they know what they are looking for.
