I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rokt (New York, NY) in Sept 2022
Interview
It was a long interview process but interesting because of the variety of rounds. While I am not sure how each round was weighted toward their final decision, I personally think it is better for candidates to have more chances to prove themselves. I interviewed in NYC and I always got prompt feedback and never had to wait long to know where I was in the process. Rounds: 1) Initial chat with recruiter to gauge interests, reasons, fit. 2) Cognitive Aptitude Test - the timed test covered verbal, math, logical and spatial reasoning 2) Take Home Coding Project - like most places that do give these out, the expectation was for both quality and completeness - had to work, have tests, correct build file and a good README. 3) Coding Round - didn't get a standard leetcode question - but preparation on leetcode patterns helped with problem solving regardless. 4) System Design Interview - with a rather deep dive into my own experience, especially with cloud technologies. 5) Interview with CTO - again with a deep dive into my experience and skills with insights into the company 6) Catchup with the recruiter to get feedback and advise on how to approach the final round 7) "Bar Raiser" - which is a final round with a senior leader from a different department - obviously this wasn't technical but a heavy cultural fit focus.

Interview
After application submission, recruiter reached out asking me to complete a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and the Employee Personality Profile (EPP) tests. Never heard back from the recruiter after completing them - takes about 30 minutes of my time to do those tests and the recruiter doesn't have the decency to spend 30 seconds with a followup email.
3 major rounds: Hiring manager round followed by a virtual onsite consisting of a coding screen, system design and technical leadership. Final round is an Amazon-style Bar Raiser with a senior leader.
The recruiting team was responsive and accommodating with respect to scheduling each round in the loop.

Interview
IQ test, phone screen, onsite with coding, system design and behavioral. Then bar raiser with c level. ICs were nice, friendly and smart. C level bar raiser round is ridiculous. They don't know much about business or product. Kept asking biggest challenge in personal life. Long working hours. They expect you to work at least 50 - 60 hrs per week or longer. They don't care about what the company can offer, they only care about what you can bring to the company.
