Interview
Three rounds, all incl. fit + case. All cases from the interviewer’s industry. Conversational interviews and cases. The interviews range from consultants to partners. Had a lot of scheduling and rescheduling issues from the HR’s end which was inconvenient
2 cases, 1 behavioral - first round as screening, 2nd round consists of 2 conversations 1 case, 1 behavioral to demonstrate leadership and applicable work experience. 2nd case is more focused on business judgement. Emphasis on “solving together”
