Online application process followed by 3 interviews: one with the HR and skills test, the second with a PMO with CV discussion and case study, and the third one with higher management. The interview process is thoroughly outlined through email if the initial application is successful.

Review of the CV with specific role questions and motivation for joining the industry.
Case study about profitability and recommendation about whether a VC firm should purchase a company.

Interview
Internal Referral. One of my college classmate got in the summer internship programme 2011 and I was referred.
Interview was held in the engagement manager's office and it was in English. I need to walk through my resume and elaborated on my most recent internship and I was asked in detail about the competitor analysis I have done.
Also I was asked about the final paper i was working on which was relevant to the project.
