I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Roland Berger (Seoul) in Feb 2020
Interview
2 rounds of interviews, with 2 rounds of case interviews. Fit questions are focused on past experiences and they deep-dive on your strenghts/weaknesses. 40 mins long for each round, and it took me about a few days in between the rounds to hear back from them

Question 1
Q. How would your experience in consulting help you avhieve your long term goals?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roland Berger (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process took more than 2 months: GMAT test, issue paper on a specific company which may be one of their clients, interviews with two of their consultants and specific financial tests, and the final interview with the bureau chief. Poor feedback after each of the stages of the interview. It was a complete waste of time, since once I finished the final interview they weren't able to make a financial offer and couldn't also explain if the position I applied for was still available. kept me waiting one month after the final interview in order to explain me (upon my insistence) that the company was going through some changes and didn't know if they can hire me or not.
