Answered a few questions from ADON…went on a tour…offered a position. When the interview is this simple, filling the position is not competitive for a reason. You have a license, you get a job.

The interview process is two steps. Both interviews are conducted over the phone due to covid. The interviewers were very nice and provided thoughtful input and responses. The interviews are conducted in less than an hour.

I applied and it tool almost 2 weeks for the hr person to call. I had an interview and the interviewer was falling asleep as I was answering her questions. Not very professional
