Interview
The interview was brief and casual. He looked over my resume and asked some questions based on the information on it. Very simple. After that it was more like a conversation and he asked about my aspirations, background, etc. Overall, the interview was a very laid-back and he checks more on your presence and demeanor. He liked me and gave me an offer on the spot.

They called me first and asked you to come in for a interview. It's a one on one interview. They asked really basic questions like introducing your self, why you want to leave your current job.
