Overall extremely negative experience. The recruiter told me I didn’t need to prepare anything specific for the call, and began the call, late, with detailed technical questions that I don’t think they understood. At the end of the interview they communicated I’d move on to the next round. I provided my availability, as requested, and I was ghosted.
This is a parade of red flags. Look for other opportunities. Skip this company.

1 hour technical phone screen, 1 week data science "work sample," and 6 hours of technical interviewing during an on-site interview. It was a fairly standard, albeit semi-ridiculous Silicon Valley-esque process.

For each of N trips taken in a vehicle, data are obtained from two sources: the user’s smart- phone and an OBDII device. Match trips from the smartphone to the corresponding trip obtained from the OBDII device.

it was a 30-minute phone screen with a senior data scientist. no background questions but quite a few technical questions (topics including stats, ML, case study related to their product, etc.)
Applied online. Got take home challenge. Moved to next interview with person from team. Interview went well and I was hoping to move forward. After week got email saying hiring is freeze.
