I completed two interview stages: an online interview followed by an in-person interview with the manager. Each stage lasted around 30 minutes and focused on my experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

I applied online. I interviewed at Roper Rhodes (Bath, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Called in for an interview and was asked the usual questions. Got told they had another person to interview but within 20 minutes of leaving I got offered the job - at the time this felt like a good thing but on reflection it makes me question whether there was another candidate or were they just desperate to fill the role

Question 1
Mentioned my anxiety and I was asked whether it affects my ability to work and the extent of it ‘because they currently have 2 people signed off with anxiety already’
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roper Rhodes (Bath, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Initial video interview went well and seemed to cover the basics.
The in person interview was awful; I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My skills might not have aligned with their expectations but I felt this should have been addressed in the initial video call, not in person.
A 15 minute presentation was requested and a pre interview exam was required to be completed too.
