Straight forward process. There first is an online application, then an HR screening callback & finally a 2 hour day of interviews, 4 back to back sessions with current program paralegals and senior management. 85% behavioral conversations

Applied late february, didn't hear back for a month then got an email for a 30 minute phone screening. Just had the phone call now waiting to hear back again for round 2. Pretty slow process for such an early start date
Applied when applications were opened mid February. Got an email for the phone screening in early March. 30 minute phone screening, general personality questions. 1-2 behavioral questions. Still have not heard back

- very long interview process spanning a couple months
- three phases of interviews (hiring manager, panel of four to five team members, two managers)
- interviewers were kind; however, one of them did not show up during my final interview and i did not receive any explanation
