Rose Paving LLC interview questions

Applied online. Heard back from HR the next week and had about a 15-20 minute phone call which led to an in-person interview. Interviewed with one person for half an hour and that was all.

I'll say this about them, they are thorough. 7, yes SEVEN, interviews. They are very full of themselves, be prepared for a ton of ego. If you make it thru the 7 interviews and they decide to go another direction don't expect to hear from them. That, to me, is very telling of the culture there.
