Interview
First step was a phone interview with the current EA. The call was informative and was told that a Kolbe A Index test would be sent and that would determine if a in-person interview would follow. I completed the questions and received the results immediately. Some of the answers I gave were just a click because every situation is different. I did not get a follow up email or call. Not surprised! If a company is going to use a personality test to decide if the position is a fit, You’re better off finding a job where your references and work history are proof.
