Interview and questions about the job and previous experience related or unrelated to job which you want to mention. Education and other questions. company introduction. job description. job introduction. job profile. candidate profile. interview process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rosen (Germany)
Interview
The first interview took place online via Teams with an HR Manager and a Technical Team Leader. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed; it felt more like a "getting to know each other" conversation than a strict interrogation.
They took the time to present the company culture, showed actual work samples, and walked me through what a typical day looks like for a Technical Data Analyst. It gave a very clear picture of the role.
Be aware that this job requires full color vision. You will be analyzing visual data (specifically UT Scans of pipelines) where distinguishing colors is essential for finding anomalies. If you are colorblind, this might be a hurdle.
I was invited for the first interview, after that I was invited to the second interview and I travelled for over 6hrs to the interview location (Dresden Germany), lodged in a hotel a day before the interview plus Transportation fee only to be disappointed with a rejection Email two weeks after the final interview without any compensation or even any feedback to improve myself for future interviews even when I politely requested for one.
So many fake smiles and fake greenlight on the interview day but still ended up being rejected.
I deleted my account on their website and will never apply to that company again in Germany.
I have never been so heartbroken after being given a positive attitude and fake smiles.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Normal interview questions. The first interviewer was very friendly and the second was more of an avenue to fail me with some weird questions like
1. How long will it take you to make a decision from a dataset? (How am I supposed to know how long it will take me to interpret a dataset I don't know yet? He later gave the correct answer as 5 to 10 seconds.
etc.
The only thing that pained me is the money and time I wasted for the so-called interview without getting any compensation .
