      The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rotunda Software (New York, NY) in Oct 2019

      Upon speaking with them and hearing how they have already had a few past failures with their hiring choices and how they went about them, red flags emerged and I became no longer interested. The mobile apps they create seem to also show the customer support role is one that isn't something they take seriously. The interview process is lengthy (over a month).

      First off, thank you for your interest in the Client Services position at Rotunda Software. Our small team is closely knit, cross-functional, and deeply committed to serving our clients' needs. We are currently going through a growth spurt. As we do, we're mindful of how new roles and responsibilities affect existing team members as well as our clients. The interview process has multiple stages and is designed to ensure alignment between Rotunda's needs and a candidate's skills and growth objectives.
