      Python/Django Developer Interview

      22 Jul 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Routable

      Interview

Had a quick 30 minute phone call and was asked to do an assessment. They forgot to send the assessment at the agreed upon time. The next week, they sent me the wrong assessment (sent me a front-end one), but soon corrected that mistake after I pointed it out. After spending a lot of my weekend working on the evaluation, the team reviewed and informed the position had already been filled, and they admitted that I might've had a chance if they'd sent me the assessment on time. Overall, nothing but a waste of time.
