RouteMatch Software Customer/Applications Support Entry-level interview questions

Applied online, and was sent an assessment. Contacted by the Client Care Director Matthew Fishbein to schedule phone interview. Typical interview questions, asked about previous experience based on resume, what I knew about the company, what I was looking for in regards to company (culture, environment, etc.). Went on to explain the company and what the position would consist of and so on. It was a negative experience for me because although I was told I would hear back in about a week. I never received any form of follow up, not even a reject email. I believe if you go as far as having a verbal conversation with someone, you should be professional enough to follow up.
