Routes Healthcare interview questions

I was made to feel welcome. The woman who interviewed me was friendly and professional. It was more like a conversation then an interview. She explained what she was looking for in a carer. The type of tasks I'd be doing. She also asked what I was looking for in a company.

Easy process, first apply then get invited to an interview just ask have you done care before and what is important in care etc, if you haven’t done care before they will still take you on and you will have to complete a care certificate which gets completed whilst at work.
