At first, a great experience. I was asked to provide dates for an onsite interview after a phone interview which I promptly did. From then on, complete radio silence. I did follow up asking to know the status and still absolutely no response. Would definitely never use this company for my recruiting purposes as I would not want this recruiter's lack of respect to reflect upon myself and my organization. Candidates should be treated with common courtesy.

Interview
Roy Talman and Associates is a third-party recruiter for technical jobs. When they interviewed me, they asked me a bunch of illegal questions. Also, they were very confrontational and told me that they would not make the interviewing process easy for me.
