I was invited to the interview by email, and there was one interview at the head office. It was a face-to-face interview with a small panel who alternated between asking you questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Air Forces Association (Leicester, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was invited for an interview a few weeks after I applied. When I arrived, the receptionist was very polite and friendly, offering me a cup of tea, and the building was modern and clean inside.
The interview was about half an hour long, I answered some questions and related some experiences I had had to my examples. The interviewers spent some time explaining the job to me in detail so I came out with a good understanding of what is actually involved, and they went through all the benefits offered, and explained the team. Often interviews are very one sided but this one was not.
The interview was laid back and friendly, and I was delighted to be offered the job a few days later.
