I started working in the agency for about 2/half years. During those time When Supervisor ask me if i can stay and help packing or operate machine. I stay because I needed they also need my help. I was ask many times if I'm interested to get hired. I said "YES" I just wait another year. Actually when they didn't want agency people I went to look for another job and i was hired by the company full time. Them Royal Building Products wants me back to work with them. So I decided to leave my full time job and work with Royal building. After a year I got hired. So pretty much I work hard for it to get hired. Coming 6:30am to start and sometimes finish at 5 or 6pm. Because I like the company.
