Royal Catering interview questions

It was the most disappointing interview I've ever been to. Although I had the meeting arranged and received confirmation by email, it seems the director of HR forgot about it and instead he sent his assistant who seemed totally confused and unprofessional. During the whole interview he was on his phone, answering phone calls and whatsapp audio msgs. It was very upsetting, especially as I came all the way from Dubai only for this interview. I'm not expecting all the interviews to be positive, however I believe a minimum of respect and courtesy should be there from the part of the employer too.
