Short notice to attend and miscommunication around the date. First interview which had to be in person. Interview was ok but took two weeks to hear I had been unsuccessful with no feedback. Given the time candidates spend submitting their application, preparing for interview and then booking time off and paying to travel to the interview, the least you could do is provide some constructive feedback. Really disappointing experience from a professional body.
