Simple interview process. The job description did not accurately describe the candidate they were seeking. The job descriptions need to be more robust so a candidate can know what to expect.

It was simple and the individual I spoke with was very nice. However, I did not speak with any attorneys. My assumption is that was due to my lack of trial experience which was apparently a non starter for them. Despite my extensive litigation experience, apparently trial experience is required.
