Via kantoor voorgesteld, vlot gegaan. inplannen gesprek ook vlot verlopen. gesprek was weinig warm en met weinig open blik en luisterend. snel feedback gekregen, eigenlijk had je tijdens het gesprek al door dat je niet weerhouden zou worden.

Interview
I was approached through a recruitment agency and never had direct communication with anyone from Rubio Monocoat. Although the position required handling three different roles, I was informed that my experience in two out of the three areas was insufficient and there wasn't enough time for training. This was contrary to the initial statement that they were seeking a young potential.
