Ruby Tuesday Chef interview questions

In-person interview with hiring manager followed by walk-through of store to determine candidate preference and finalize hiring decision. Fairly straightforward restaurant interview.

I was contacted by the Culinary Manager and then came back to talk to the GM. I was then hired and scheduled to train side by side another chef and take online test to learn the material. The test were not hard but were very time consuming and did take up a lot of my free time which was not on the clock.
