I was contacted by a recruiter and I did a phone interview since I was from out of the area. The questions were very standard questions about experience and goals. It was a fairly new contract when I joined so it was more a matter of finding people with TS clearances with analyst experience

I applied for the job through tndeed. Applicants had to possess an ACTIVE TS Clearance to apply. I have had mine for 19 years. I was contacted by the Director of Human Resources & Chief Operating Officer directly and did a phone interview, i was emailed the job offer that day, I signed that and once my TS clearance was transferred to them I started the job, No face to face what so ever.
